Growing attention to behavioral risks in organizational environments has increased interest in the study of personality-related factors that influence the manifestation of destructive workplace behavior. Despite the substantial body of research devoted to the Dark Triad, the interaction between dark personality traits and characterological features remains insufficiently explored. The aim of this study is to develop a conceptual model of the interaction between behavioral vectors and the Dark Triad traits in the context of organizational behavior. The object of the study is the interaction between stylistic and motivational characteristics of personality within organizational settings. The theoretical foundation of the study is based on research on the Dark Triad, characterological approaches to personality analysis, and the authors’ behavioral vector model. The study employs conceptual modeling, comparative analysis, theoretical generalization, and the systematization of scientific approaches. As a result, an interaction matrix covering 24 possible combinations of eight behavioral vectors and three Dark Triad traits was developed. A typology of four interaction mechanisms was proposed: reinforcement, masking, compensation, and neutral coexistence. Analysis of the constructed matrix demonstrated that the compensation mechanism accounts for 33% of all configurations, while ambivalent combinations represent 29% of the total number of analyzed combinations. In addition, the concept of ambivalence was introduced to describe configurations in which the nature of interaction changes depending on the level of analysis. The practical value of the study lies in the development of an analytical framework that can support the further advancement of behavioral profiling tools, the assessment of behavioral risks, and the improvement of analytical decision-making processes in HR management.
