Ricky Wilke
Ph.D., Head of the Marketing Department, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark
Ricky Wilke, Ph.d., was born in Denmark in 1963, and has been head of the Marketing Department at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark since 1997. The Marketing Department at the Copenhagen Business School (http://www.cbs.dk) consists of more than 30 researchers (professors, associate professors etc.). The Copenhagen Business School has about 15.000 students. He is a member of several boards of Danish companies dealing with consumer and industrial goods and services.
He received his academic education at the Copenhagen Business School. He has taught within many marketing areas, at all graduate levels. He has supervised Ph.D.-students, and has taught at several Ph.d.-programmes. His main interest is B2B marketing, and design as a marketing tool. He is currently working in the area of complaint management and made a thorough analysis for the Nordic Council of Ministers.
He has written national books in B2B marketing, arranged national conferences, and joined several international conferences with proceedings, for instance, Industrial and Purchasing Conference, The Marketing and Public Policy Conference, AMA, LaLonde seminar, and EMAC. He has served as reviewer and published articles in national and international journals such as Ekonomika, European Advances in Consumer Research, Business Horizons (re-published in Marketing Wise), Corporate Communication, and Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing.
