1999: Directed a graduate student to design a web plan for Sneedville, Tennessee's Jubilee Project; the Number One Committee.

1999: Number One Committee: A regional survey of the general population designed to assess the region in Virginia and Tennessee as a place to live. Done with Dr. Ugur Yavas.
