- January 1990-June 1990 - Worked at the Australian Taxation Office in Sydney as a Graduate Taxation Officer mainly in the Corporate Audit Section.
- July 1990-December 1991 - Worked as a lecturer A at Curtin University of Technology.
- January 1992-December 1996 - Worked as a Full Time Lecturer A in accounting at Edith Cowan University and taught subjects such as introduction to accounting, financial accounting one, company accounting, financial accounting three, contemporary accounting issues, cost accounting and managerial accounting.
- From semester 1, 2001 to semester 2, 2003 - Worked as a Sessional Tutor at ECU in undergraduate financial and management accounting units including introduction to accounting, financial accounting and cost accounting. I lectured in cost accounting at ECU.
