Responsible for teaching graduate and undergraduate marketing courses, conducting scholarly research, and service to the university. University service includes participation and chair/vice-chair positions in numerous university, college and departmental committees including AACSB steering committee, curriculum committee, college academic council, and college teaching load committee. In addition, prepared and wrote the mission and intellectual contributions sections of the AACSB self-evaluation report for accreditation.
As Chairperson of the department, responsible for recruiting students, hiring of faculty, curriculum development and assessment, faculty evaluation, scheduling of courses and managing day to day operations of the department.
As MBA Program Director, responsibilities included scheduling, recruiting students, admission decisions, developing graduate curriculum, chairing the graduate curriculum committee, participating in all AACSB committees related to the MBA program, establishing and maintaining relationships with MBA alum, supervision of graduate assistants, and day to day operations of the MBA program.
