Archiving policy

In publishing houses archive, different versions (variants) of the paper which comply with stages of its passing from receiving and directly till the fact of publication are stored, namely:

  • manuscript of the paper which is sent to editorial staff by an author (authors);
  • manuscript of the paper corrected by an author (authors) by way of agreeing the observations and recommendations received if the paper was accepted for publication on the basis of double blind peer-review;
  • manuscript of the paper which passed technical editing and typography, is signed for printing and is sent to an author (authors) for proofreading;
  • published paper.

1 version. An author (authors) which sends paper manuscript for publication in a journal in a mandatory manner confirms to the Limited Liability Company Consulting Publishing Company Business Perspectives that this work is original, was not published anywhere before, does not contain plagiarism and was not sent by an author (authors) to no other journal. This paper, information about authors (authors) place of work and all further materials concerning the paper (including referee reports, letter) are stored in publishing houses archive.

2 version. If the paper was accepted for publication on the basis of independent double blind peer-review, then, after corrections of the manuscript by an author (authors), the manuscript of the paper is sent back to journal editorial staff by an author (authors) and stored in publishing houses archive.

3 version. This version of the paper (for proofreading) is stored in publishing houses archive. An author (authors) after receiving manuscript version for proofreading can share it in any way, including place it on his own website, and websites databases which specialize in promotion of scientific researches results (for example, Arxiv, RePEc, Researchgate, etc.). It is possible irrespective of embargo period, but with compulsory link to corresponding DOI (to avoid differences between versions of papers).

4 version. The paper published with DOI given is placed on publishing houses website and stored in its archive. In case of absence of embargo period, an author (authors) can distribute the paper in all possible ways, but with compulsory link to DOI.

If an author (authors) wish to use a fragment of paper for other publication (monograph, textbook), should obligatorily agree upon it with the publishing house.
